Nous savions déjà qu'après l'introduction de la "Court of Owls" dans le premier arc de Batman, un crossover impliquant ce mystérieux groupe viendrait toucher la ligne consacrée au Chevalier Noir : "Night of the Owls". Scott Snyder a proposé à ses collègues scénaristes d'introduire des éléments liés à l'event s'ils le souhaitaient, et les sollicitations du mois (courtesy of CBR) de mai nous montrent que 11 séries sur 13 (en incluant All Star Western et l'annual Batman) sont touchées ! Seules ne répondent pas à l'appel Batwoman, dont on peut se douter que le scénario était prévu depuis un moment, et Detective Comics.
A noter que Scott Snyder précise bien que chaque série peut être lue indépendament, c'est juste qu'elles contiendront des éléments au moins légèrement liés à l'event.
